PURE Electrolyte Replacement Capsules are formulated to help maintain your body’s electrolyte levels and to help replace minerals lost during sustained strenuous exercise.

They are also great in hot conditions when extra electrolytes are needed to help with muscle function and cramp prevention.

Why, How Much & When?
Electrolyte, or mineral salt, capsules, are designed to replenish those naturally lost when we sweat. The predominant electrolyte is sodium followed by potassium, magnesium and calcium.

The most common reason for use is cramp prevention, however they also help to hydrate you by drawing water from your stomach into your body and into your cells. On a cellular level, these electrolytes literally allow your muscles to move so you can get from start to finish. Many people also report of feeling less fatigued during training & racing when they use electrolyte capsules.

Electrolyte capsules can be used before and during training or racing, and also to help general hydration. You can preload on electrolytes leading into an event that is 2-3 hours in duration or for events in hot conditions. These capsules are also great to top up your electrolytes during hard training or racing. Recommended for endurance athletes or those requiring additional electrolytes due to high sweat rates and during hot conditions.

Easy to consume – just swallow with water or sports drink while exercising. No need to dissolve. We have designed this product to be used alongside our hydration range. Added magnesium helps to support normal muscle function and contributes to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue, when taken as part of a varied & healthy diet.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains mineral salts (sodium chloride 440mg, potassium citrate 150mg, magnesium citrate 100mg, calcium citrate 50mg), vitamins (B6 7mg, D3 2.5mcg), vegetarian encapsulating aids (171mg).

Nutritional Information

Contains the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium with added Vitamin D and Vitamin B6 for electrolyte absorption. Each capsule contains the following electrolytes: Sodium chloride 440mg Potassium citrate 150mg Magnesium citrate 100mg Calcium citrate 50mg. Caution: PURE Electrolyte Capsules will not prevent hyponatremia, heat stroke and other dangerous conditions resulting from over-exertion in extreme heat.

How to Take

DIRECTIONS:
Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

RECOMMENDED USE:
500ml 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
